At first, I'm sorry if the colours are strange or overexposed. I painted this one on an old monitor, and I noticed that on the flat monitor this image looks veery different...I hate monitors.
Now, this should be Melisandre from George R.R. Martin's A song of Ice and Fire, holding Lightbringer.
The sword has been really hard to draw, I've never painted one before.

Great choice of colours, very passionate image. It's very well painted, my only crit is that the hands needs some more work, but still, great work

I agree about hands, in comparison to the rest. It's a great work, I personally like the colours.
The sword looks great

Edit: yep hands will improve with practice, but they're not bad, just a bit unfinished imho (A)

Since the hands have already been pointed out, I only have one little critique--the hilt of the sword. One side, the side facing towards her, seems to be a bit longer than the other.

Other than that, though, this picture is absolutely gorgeous! I really adore her face, and the bright, almost neon shade of red you used. Beautiful!

I don't think the colours are 'strange', i think you'd deliberately used this colour choice.
Yeah, I agree with the hands, b ut then again hands are very hard to paint: I also have major problems with them
I notice there's a slight inconsistency of the style that the hair is rendered - a few locks towards theback the hair looks vector-ish but everything else is painterly. I guess it's because of the monitor you painted in you didn't detect it.
I would also advise you to be braver with the lighting(with such strong lighting she should cast some shadow to the bg)

You cold have added a little blue zones on the character to enhance the lighting and integration with the background. +9

Vivid colors! ^__^ I don't think there's anything wrong with the way you painted her hands, just the red outlines. There don't seem to be outlines anywhere else on her skin, just around her fingers, so it makes them stand out and look odd. Otherwise, very beautiful image.
